CEO Roundtable Agenda
The CEO Roundtable provides an annual educational forum for CEOs of large marketing and farm supply cooperatives who have a strong desire to improve the performance of the businesses they lead. This forum is a place (1) where critical issues are identified and the most effective strategies are presented, (2) where CEOs can discuss common interests, challenges and opportunities, (3) where CEOs can learn from each other by sharing success stories and experiences and (4) where CEOs can learn from other respected experts with proven track records. This forum is a place that maximizes learning through an intense, stimulating program agenda.
Attendance is by invitation only. The CEOs invited are those recognized by knowledgeable observers for their ability to lead large, complex organizations in challenging environments. These leaders have demonstrated innovative and proactive management approaches and are both willing and able to learn from—and contribute to—the learning of their peers. CEOs may also invite their Chief Board Officer (chair or president). Attendance is intentionally limited to ensure a high-quality learning environment and meaningful engagement among participants to a maximum of 40 registrants, including CEOs and up to 10 CBOs.

Registration Deadline: March 17, 2026 (*note - hotel block closes March 7th)
Payment: Registration fees are due within 5 days of registering for the program.
Cancellation Policy: Cancellations received on or before March 17, 2026, will receive a full refund. Cancellations received between March 18 - March 23, may receive a 50% carry forward for that individual for the following year's program. There will be no refund for cancellations received after March 23, 2026. Exceptions to this policy for personal emergencies/force majeure will be handled on a case-by-case basis.

Hotel: Embassy Suites-Olathe, 10401 S Ridgeview Road, Olathe, Kansas 66061 The group hotel rate for 2 room suites with One King Bed or Two Queen Beds is $179 per night plus taxes and includes breakfast and evening reception.

If you’re flying in, the hotel is about a 50 minute drive from the terminal, and you'll need to arrange for your ground transportation.
Hotel area: There is a restaurant in the hotel and there are several restaurants across the street from the hotel (Minsky's Pizza, The Rub BBQ, Salty Iguana and more) and if you are a BBQ afficianado, Joe's Kansas City Barbecue and Q39 have locations within a short drive.
