Financial success requires more than understanding the numbers. It requires knowing how to turn business information into strategic action.

Strategic Financial Management for Cooperatives is an immersive learning experience that helps participants strengthen their ability to evaluate market and sales information, financial performance, assess growth opportunities, and execute strategic decisions that drive long-term success. Participants explore key concepts such as balance scorecards, strategy development and execution, financial statement analysis, equity management, and market assessment through a combination of expert instruction and an interactive business simulation.

What sets this program apart is its highly engaging format. Rather than spending hours in a traditional classroom setting, participants move between focused lectures, team discussions, and simulation-based decision making. This approach allows them to immediately apply concepts and observe how financial and strategic decisions impact cooperative performance.

Who should attend?
